The app will download the video to the "Downloads" folder in the Documents application. Further, change the name of the Facebook video if needed, as it will help you to track the video on your device easily. This enables you to save some space too on your device. There is a rule that all videos get downloaded in the highest quality, but you can adjust and select the quality you want in the drop-down menu. Double click there and tap "paste" to copy the address. You will find an "Enter the URL" text box. Type "" on the search bar at the top of the screen and tap on “go”. 
Leave it as such and open the web browser.
This will move you to the Documents main page. Also, tap "Not Now" in the top right corner of the screen.
As this is the first time you are opening it, there will be three screens that you just have to swipe across from left to right.Open the App Store on your iPhone and Download an app called " Documents by Readdle".
